Simmeth System now a member of the Waterkant Software family

Burghausen, 01.04.2025; after 23 successful years as an owner-managed family business of the Simmeth and Dirrigl families, we have decided to take another significant step to support our company development with Waterkant Software.

Simmeth System GmbH has now been integrated into Waterkant Software GmbH, based in Hamburg.
With this integration, we are now part of a strong corporate family.
Waterkant Software GmbH is part of Chapters Group AG, an internationally successful German group. Chapters primarily offers a strong platform for medium-sized software specialists.

Chapters Group AG invests in companies such as Simmeth System in order to develop them in the long term over decades. Chapters and Waterkant are organized decentrally. All companies in the group remain independent and are supported in their further development financially and with know-how.
This means that synergies are used in a targeted manner, for example through the exchange of best practices or joint technological developments, while the identity, culture and independence of each company are preserved.
