• Analysis and optimization of business processes in the environment of our solutions
• Creation of technical concepts, specifications and documentation

Implementation & realization

• Implementation of our software solutions for new customers
• Configuration and adaptation of customer-specific requirements
• Clean documentation of all implemented solutions

Customer care & support

• Technical support for complex customer inquiries
• Contact person for technical and professional questions in the project context
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through close communication

Product development & internal tasks

• Participation in the further development of our software and demo systems
• Testing new functions and providing feedback to R&D and product management
• Sales support for presentations & workshops
• Development of best practice methods in consulting

Your profile

Technical requirements

• Completed studies in the field of business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Experience in consulting and implementation of software solutions, ideally SaaS
• Knowledge in the creation of functional specifications, concepts and documentation
• Technical understanding of databases, interfaces and system integration
• ERP/CRM/SRM knowledge an advantage
• Confident with MS Office and modern collaboration tools

• Willingness to travel
• Very good German and good English skills
