This means that users do not have to enter additional data such as names or expiration dates manually. This innovation reduces effort and significantly increases the accuracy and speed of document processing.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-nv-site-bg-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-213e209d7f00367aaaebb9ca0e1bb067 wp-block-paragraph\">The data read from the documents is processed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simmeth.net\/en\/blog\/scm-software\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-nv-text-dark-bg-color\">SC-Manager Supplier Management<\/mark><\/a> automatically, i.e. assigned to specific processes and persons responsible, provided with traffic light values, forwarded to other systems if required and integrated into the automatic e-mail messaging system, for example for warnings before expiry of validity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specifically, for example, suppliers can upload their invoices and certificates via the supplier portal. These are read into the database via OCR. The SC-Manager equips them with deadline monitoring and automatically forwards the data to the IT systems of accounting or quality control.
