Supply-Monitor™ - Supplier Evaluation Management

The Supply-Monitor™ is a web-based solution for supplier evaluation management: supplier selection, supplier qualification, supplier evaluation, classification and development.

It guarantees a successful and efficient supplier management by evaluating and reporting through the implemented Procurement Dashboard.

The system gathers “hard facts“ relevant to the supplier evaluation from respective booking data in pre-systems. “Soft facts“, the qualitative factors for evaluation, qualification and auditing, are collected through web-based questionnaires.

The solution is based on MS SQL or Oracle, and is highly flexible. Only a few clicks lead you to an exact visualization of the desired evaluation structure. This allows a simplified integration of any data sources from the ERP system up to the Excel sheet. Results are immediately visible and easily understood by drill-down and Pivot-functions. Integrated serial letter functions enable efficient communication with the suppliers.
